Mixed Greens Salad
Ingredients
1 rocket
1 iceberg lettuce
1 curly lettuce
1/2 red cabbage
300g cherry tomatoes
1/2 a loaf of bread
Salt to taste
Olive oil
House Merlot Vinegar
Madeira
Pepper to taste
Oregano to taste
Preparing
Remove the crusts from the bread and cut into small squares, place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano and drizzle with olive oil until it turns yellow. Place in the preheated oven for 15 minutes at a low temperature, stir halfway through and return to the oven.
While the croutons are baking, sanitize the leaves, chop them with your hands and mix them all together. Cut the tomatoes in half. Assemble the salad as follows: leaves, tomatoes and croutons! Finish with Casa Madeira Merlot Vinegar.
