Vinaigrette Sauce
Ingredients
2 large tomatoes
1 red onion
1 medium yellow bell bell pepper
1 medium green bell pepper
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup green onions
3 tablespoons Cabernet Sauvignon House Vinegar
Madeira
Juice of 1 lemon
1/3 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparing
Cut all the ingredients into very small cubes, the secret to a good vinaigrette is to cut everything into tiny pieces. Then mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
