Panna Cotta With Red Fruit Jam

Ingredients

200 g heavy cream

6 g unflavored gelatine powder

35 ml of water

25 g caster sugar

200 ml whole milk

Vanilla to taste

Casa Madeira Traditional Red Fruit Jelly

Preparing

In a small bowl, mix the gelatine and water. Microwave for 10 seconds and stir until dissolved. Set aside. In a saucepan, add the cream, milk, sugar and mix. Bring to the boil over a low heat.

Add the diluted gelatine and vanilla. Pour the cream into the mold of your choice and refrigerate until firm. Unmold the cold panna cotta and top with the red fruit jelly. Now just serve.
