Ingredients
500 grams of granulated tapioca flour
1 liter of milk
500 grams of grated curd cheese
Salt and white pepper to taste
Casa Madeira Gourmet Pepper Jelly
Preparing
Heat the milk in a saucepan. When the milk is very hot, turn off the heat, add the grated curd cheese and stir. Then add the granulated tapioca flour and continue stirring. Add salt and pepper to taste. When all the ingredients are well mixed, stop stirring and pour the mixture into a pan covered with plastic wrap. Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for two hours. Then remove from the fridge, cut into squares (dadinhos) and fry gradually in hot oil or place in the oven until golden brown. Serve with Casa Madeira Gourmet Pepper Jelly.
