Vanilla Mousse With Raspberry Jam

Ingredients

1 envelope of unflavored gelatine powder (12g)

Half a cup of water

1 Condensed milk 395 g

1 Cream

Half a teaspoon of vanilla essence

3 Claras

Casa Madeira Raspberry Jelly Zero

Preparing

In a saucepan, dissolve the gelatine in the water and heat in a bain-marie to melt. Mix the condensed milk and cream with the vanilla. In a mixer, beat the egg whites until they double in volume. Gently fold in the egg whites and pour the mixture into bowls. Cover with Casa Madeira Raspberry Jelly Zero. Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
