White Fish Ceviche
Ingredients
500 g fresh tilapia fillet
4 tahiti lemons
1 Sicilian lemon
1 large red onion
Chili pepper
Freeze-dried Casa Madeira
Coriander stalk and leaves or
parsley
Salt to taste
Olive oil to taste
Preparing
In a bowl, add the juice of the lemons, the stalks of parsley or coriander, the freeze-dried Pimenta Dedo de Moça cut into small cubes and the onion cut into very thin strips. This will be the marinade for the ceviche. Cut the tilapia into medium-sized cubes and add to the marinade. Set aside for a few minutes. Then serve in a bowl and finish with a drizzle of olive oil and Sicilian lemon zest.
