
Risotto Wine

This product is suitable for preparing risottos, marinades, sauce bases, fondues and various preparations of classic and contemporary cuisine. Alcoholic strength of 18%, to release the starch contained in the rice (Carnarolli/Arborio), and with balanced acidity for gastronomy. On the bottle there is a marker in ml, as a form of dosage for use. The recommendation for risotto is 100ml of risotto wine for each cup of rice.
